We defend and safeguard people’s human rights through Independent Advocacy – Professional, Collective and Self-Advocacy.We enable people to have a stronger voice and access the most suitable information they need to make real choices.We encourage people to have as much control as possible over their own lives.We may speak up for people who are unable to do so for themselves through non-instructed advocacy. |

Dundee Keep Safe

Advocating Together worked in partnership with others to develop the Dundee Safe Place Initiative.
Made possible with Rank Foundation funding the DSPI aims to create a safe and welcoming Dundee for everybody. Keep Safe places are where elderly, disabled and vulnerable people can go if they feel distressed or unsafe. Keep Safe places are local businesses and organisations who will call an emergency contact or the police for a person in need of help. |

Police Scotland is the lead organisation for Dundee Keep Safe Places.
A list of Keep Safe Places across Scotland can be found here. We encourage people to carry a Keep Safe card where ever they go. This card has important information about you which could help in an emergency. Please contact us or visit a Keep Safe place if you would like a card. You can also download the Keep Safe App for your Android or iOS phone from the links below.
