The Communication Champion Project aims to raise awareness of communication difficulties and advocacy. |
The Communication Champions are a team of paid staff. One of their communication skills is using Talking Mats.
They promote inclusive communication for everyone. Inclusive communication means information that everyone can understand.
Communication should not be a barrier.
As curious communicators, the Communication Champions will be looking at the quality of communication in Dundee and working to improve it. This will help businesses and organisations to give excellent customer service, and make people feel comfortable wherever they go.
